  1. Why douse home base management hire management company’s to police their car parks by using like G24ltd who demand massive sums of money to home base customers for using your car park to park a car in. They are demanding £ from my grandma and are threatening to go back to her home.

  2. I went to homebase/Bunnies in Brecon today and was not happy with the fact I got hounded the second I walked through the doors by a member of staff trying to sell me something I don’t won’t. I’ve shopped in HOMEBASE since it opened and never had this before, also the new set up looks a total mess. This is not what Brecon is after,if this is the future of this company I’ll and many more will go somewhere else.

  3. I have been a regular shopper in the Rayleigh Weir branch for many years and have always had a pleasurable shopping experience. However since Homebase’s association with Bunnings last year a decline in the shop’s tidiness and general personae of the store has been clearly evident. I have not been to the Rayleigh Weir branch since November, but this morning I did and was very disappointed to find that the store remains a jumble of items, unnecessary display boxes blocking the aisles, items unpriced and the floor messy and in need of a good sweeping. The only department accessible and acceptable is the gardening section. I for one will not be returning in a hurry.

  4. I work and volunteer for a local charity Herefordshire Riding for the Disabled.
Storm Doris wasn’t nice to us we are in urgent need of assistance to help repair our centre, We provide Equine Therapy to Herefordshire Community. As we don’t have any spare money in the pot for what needs to be attended too.

  5. Why is the standard of English on this site so bad? It begs the question how much attention does Homebase pay to detail?

  6. Why is there no feedback site for the stores, just visited the Hedge End store, if I had needed a large trolley, I wouldn’t of got round, it was so cluttered from the moment entered the store mainly with stock left on pallets…
